Meet Cassie (The Bride)
Hey everybody! I'm Cassie. Since there are many members of Shawn's family who haven't met me I thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself. I was born May 1, 1984 in Gloucester, MA. My family moved to North Carolina July of 1989. I grew up mostly in Boiling Spring Lakes, NC which is a small town on the southern coast of the state. I graduated from South Brunswick High School in 2002 and then decided to head to the mountains and Western Carolina University to study elementary education. I met Shawn in the early fall of 2005 through some mutual friends and coworkers. By late fall we decided to date. I graduated from WCU in 2007. Shawn and I both had chosen to stay in the mountains. I got a job teaching 2nd grade at Cherokee Elementary School on the Cherokee Indian Reservation. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone that I haven't met already. I hope to see you at the wedding.
